Google Summer of Code 2009 projects

Boost:
Proposal for Generic Trie, Radix Tree, and Suffix Array Data Structures

Some nice Direct3D proposals for Wine.

I think Python continues to be one of the most popular projects, with 30 accepted proposals. Several proposals filed under other projects are in fact Python-related as well.

Mozilla gets some nice proposals as well: TraceMonkey register allocation, web-rsync, ECMAScript 3.1 in Rhino, and dupe detection in Bugzilla.

Mercurial gets inotify for OS X and a client for git repositories.
